"Chef Motivation"

Dear sir, I am Saifuddin sekh just working as demi chef de parties at db seabank hotel resort & spa in Malta . Also I have experience in fine dining restaurant at 'Tatel' as a chef de partie in Saudi Arabia. I have total 13yrs experience in this culinary industry in India, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. As I feel that I am well-equipped to handle the work associated with it.I have good exposure to working as a team member, within a busy kitchen environment. Over the time that I have worked as a chef de party.I have polished my skills in many areas. Some skills that I offer include. There is a lot more that I have to offer in a chef de party role, including the ability to expedite orders and perform portioning tasks.Also I possess expertise in handling food rotating activities and overseeing food supplies inventory.
